GG Circuits Industries Sdn. Bhd. is a Tampoi-based PCB manufacturer seeking a procurement professional to source and buy materials, evaluate suppliers, and secure favorable terms. The role supports efficient production and timely deliveries within budget constraints.

Ideal candidates hold STPM or Diploma, have their own transport, can work independently, and are proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Malay is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibility

Source and purchase goods, materials, and services required by the company

Evaluate suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

Issue purchase orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.

Ensure purchases comply with company policies and budget limits

Requirements

STPM or Diploma

Possess own transport

Able to work independently

Familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other basic computer skills
