Job summary

INNOBOOSTER SDN BHD, part of the JLC Technology Group, is hiring fresh graduates for technical coordination and customer support roles in Kuala Lumpur. No prior PCB experience required; you will receive structured on‑the‑job training and gain hands‑on exposure to electronics manufacturing.

The position focuses on engineering coordination, customer communication and project follow‑up with China HQ and international customers. Rotating shifts and 5‑day work weeks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma required; engineering disciplines preferred.
• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin and English for daily communication with China HQ and customers.
• Willing to work on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical information between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Handle enquiries via email, phone and online platforms.
• Assist customers in understanding PCB/PCBA requirements.
• Coordinate with China HQ on project progress and production updates.
• Monitor project status through internal systems to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Learn PCB/PCBA knowledge through structured on‑the‑job training.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed.
