Spritzer Bhd in Taiping, Malaysia, is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Lead for blown film/packaging machinery. You will troubleshoot, lead a team of technicians, and drive reliability on bottling line blowers (Krones, Sidel, KHS, Newamstar).

The role requires at least five years hands-on experience, three years in team leadership, and a strong command of OEE, PMs, RCA, and maintenance planning to sustain peak performance and operational excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining blowing machines.
• Proven experience with listed machine models is mandatory.
• At least 3 years leading a team of technicians.
• Strong knowledge of OEE metrics, preventive maintenance strategies, and performance optimization.
• Ability to develop and implement maintenance plans and performance tracking systems.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) during machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct machine health checks and present detailed performance analysis.
• Develop and execute Planned Maintenance (PM) schedules for all blowing machines.
• Sustain and improve machine performance by aligning PM tasks with operational goals.
• Monitor and analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure high equipment reliability and availability.
• Provide technical guidance and training to a team of 7+ technicians.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
