Job summary

TATLIM CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. is seeking an Engineer - Site to oversee on-site civil works at our Klang Valley project sites in Selangor.

The role requires a Civil/Structural engineering degree, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Salary is RM5,000–RM6,000 per month, with benefits and opportunities for growth. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in civil/infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Report daily site progress and update records.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs and method statements.
• Inspect materials, workmanship and installation on site.
• Manage workers and subcontractors for efficiency.
• Maintain safety and compliance with standards.
• Arrange materials and machinery prior to start.
• Verify materials delivered and workmanship quality.
• Perform site measurements to verify progress.
• Ensure project completion and handover.
• Maintain punctuality for work and meetings.

TATLIM CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is looking for a dedicated and responsibleEngineer - Site to join our growing team. This full-time position is based at our project site inSelangor (Klang Valley areas).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report daily site progress and update daily records.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and procedures.
• Inspect construction materials, workmanship, and installation works on site.
• Manage and monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Arrange materials and machinery prior to commencement of site works.
• Ensure materials and equipment are properly identified, handled, and stored to prevent loss, damage, or injury.
• Check quantity and quality of materials delivered, as well as workmanship of subcontractors and workers.
• Perform site measurements to verify work progress complies with client requirements.
• Ensure proper project completion and handover upon project completion.
• Maintain punctuality for work, meetings, training, and all internal or external commitments.
• Undertake other duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Candidates with experience in civil engineering or infrastructure construction will have an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Site-based position (Klang Valley areas)

WORKING HOURS

Monday - Saturday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

SALARY

RM 5,000- RM 6,000 (Negotiable)
