Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. invites a fresh graduate (class of 2026) to join a dynamic bidding team in the digital energy domain in Kuala Lumpur.

You will manage complex project bids, support strategy development, and coordinate cross-functional modules to deliver competitive, profitable solutions. You will lead the progress of proposals, coordinate with functional groups, and drive customer requirement analysis, design, acceptance, and promotion of bidding processes and tools,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy or other comparable degree.
• Knowledge of electric power and applications of electric power, including utilities, renewable generation, and energy storage.
• Basic knowledge of Solar Inverter with Energy Industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bidding of complex projects in the digital energy sector.
• Assist the PD in developing bidding strategies and manage project progress and risks.
• Lead each functional module of the project team to analyze customer requirements and develop competitive, profitable, deliverable solutions.
• Manage proposal development progress and ensure high-quality proposals are submitted on time.
• Oversee clarifications and negotiations after bid submission until contract is signed.
• Participate in requirement analysis, business planning, solution design, acceptance, and promotion of bidding processes and tools; improve user experience and efficiency.
