The role involves supplier selection for projects, cost baselining through market analysis, and proactive coordination of supplier resources to address delivery issues while fostering long-term, ethical relationships.

Qualifications

Execute the supplier selection process for projects, utilizing competitive bidding and negotiation to secure optimal value and terms.

Develop and maintain procurement cost baselines through market analysis to support accurate budgeting and strong financial decision-making.

Proactively coordinate supplier resources for key projects and act as the main point of contact to resolve any delivery or performance issues swiftly.

Cultivate and maintain strategic, long-term supplier relationships to ensure a reliable, high-performing, and ethical supply chain.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or any related field is required.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential for effective supplier and stakeholder management.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Must be willing to undertake frequent regional travel within Asia Pacific when required.

This position is open to fresh graduates; candidates with relevant internship experience will have an advantage.
