Job summary

SOLS Energy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Energy Access Programme Executive to drive hands-on deployment ensuring safe, reliable solar energy delivery to Orang Asli communities and centers.

You will coordinate readiness, field installations, and beneficiary data while maintaining clear records for funders and the Programme Director. The role bridges planning and execution, focusing on on-ground delivery within approved scope and reporting back with accurate ground truth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Social Science, Environmental/Renewable Energy, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in community development, NGO/social enterprise programmes, rural project coordination or renewable energy field operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan village and community-centre deployments against funder scope and timelines.
• Maintain site readiness trackers with consent, routes, stock, transport and safety.
• Coordinate pre-deployment site visits and basic needs assessments.
• Ensure deployments follow safety and readiness; sequence trips to minimize disruption.
• Lead community briefings and manage beneficiary queues and sign-offs.
• Coordinate field trips with Technical, Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
