Qualifications

At least SPM or Diploma in Business, Interior Design, or related field.
1–2 years of sales experience in porcelain stone, tiles, or related materials.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with ability to understand client requirements and recommend solutions.
Good organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple projects.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Attend customer inquiries, understand design requirements, and propose practical solutions.
Prepare accurate quotations with standardized technical details.
Act as liaison between client and factory to ensure orders are processed correctly.
Coordinate installation dates with install teams and clients for on-site execution.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
