Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive in Petaling Jaya to manage end-to-end procurement, sourcing, and order fulfilment. You will optimize costs, review contracts, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries across regional and export orders.

The role requires strong analytical and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple departments. SAP proficiency and multilingual communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in procurement, preferably in building/construction.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement, sourcing, purchasing and contract evaluation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement efficiency.
• Review contracts to ensure compliance with terms and internal requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors to support timely purchasing and order fulfilment.
• Oversee order fulfilment, inventory control, and regional/export logistics.
• Analyze performance, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
