Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics and Procurement Assistant to manage orders and the end‑to‑end supply chain. You will coordinate manufacturing logistics, shipments, returns, and keep accurate records from PO to final shipping documents.

You will liaise with clients, internal stakeholders, forwarders, transporters and suppliers, build strong relationships, and assist in month‑end closing and audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales and logistics.
• Experience with SAP or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Able to handle shipment and logistics planning.
• Good communication and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Place orders timely upon receiving client PO.
• Manage logistics for development, shipment, delivery, and returns.
• Maintain detailed records from PO to shipping documents.
• Develop effective communication with clients, stakeholders, forwarders and transporters.
• Build strong relationships with sister company, suppliers and distributors.
• Assist in month-end closing with intercompany invoices and other documents.
• Drive continuous process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Assist in audit by providing required documents countersigned by relevant parties.
