Rigel Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks a proactive Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end purchasing and order fulfilment. The role emphasizes forecasting, supplier development, PO management, and KPI-driven process improvements.

Qualifications include 2–5 years in procurement, a related degree, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Formación

• Diploma/degree in procurement or related field.
• 2–5 years in procurement, purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, quotation comparison and price negotiation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in construction/building materials industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in SAP and procurement tools.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end procurement and order fulfilment processes.
• Coordinate order fulfilment operations including forecasting, inventory control and order execution.
• Source, evaluate and develop new suppliers; request and compare quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and other terms.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders and track order status.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and coordinate with internal departments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor KPIs.
