Job summary

ENABLE BUSINESS is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Malaysia. The role, based at Northpoint, Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur, focuses on end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia clients with strict compliance and timely delivery.

You will handle data accuracy, statutory filings, and issue resolution while collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant payroll or accounting qualifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for SG and MY clients.
• Ensure payroll data is processed accurately and on schedule.
• Adhere to payroll compliance, controls, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
• Handle and resolve payroll issues, discrepancies, and queries promptly.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings (CPF, IRAS submissions, SDL, SHG funds, SOCSO, EPF, EIS, HRDF, PCB).
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Be accountable for payroll accuracy and proactive issue resolution.
• Support onboarding and transitions for new clients and go-live activities.
• Collaborate to maintain a confidential work environment.
