Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline in Singapore seeks an HR & Payroll Executive to deliver end-to-end payroll operations for our GWM manufacturing entity. You will act as a trusted HR partner, handling payroll accuracy, governance, and service delivery across the region.

You will collaborate with Finance, Site Leads, and HR Business Partners, manage data privacy, support audits, and drive process improvements using Workday and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably for Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll statutory requirements (CPF, OW, AW, OT).
• Experience supporting manufacturing/shift-based workforce.
• Ability to validate and reconcile payroll outputs with an outsourced vendor.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly payroll execution for Singapore entities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit downstream data flows from benefits, mobility, and TA to ensure correct inputs.
• Serve as primary operations contact for payroll vendor; ensure alignment with business needs.
• Liaise with CPF Board, IRAS, MOM; manage submissions and inquiries.
• Maintain data privacy and support internal/external audits.
• Resolve payroll inquiries via ServiceNow, live chat, and email; guide stakeholders on cut-offs and policies.
• Collaborate on HR projects with Finance, Site Leads, HRBPs, LOC HR.
