Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad is seeking a Payroll Implementation Lead to drive country rollout activities across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT. You will coordinate discovery, blueprint, data readiness and testing to ensure smooth transitions.

You will manage cutover, go-live readiness and hypercare stabilization while aligning stakeholders and maintaining timelines across a multi-country deployment.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience in payroll, HR technology or enterprise-system implementation.
• Strong stakeholder-management, facilitation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and payroll parallel runs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate country and workstream implementation activities across HR, Payroll, Finance, Group IT and partners.
• Lead discovery, Blueprint sessions and requirements reviews with country representatives.
• Track data templates, cleansing, mapping and migration readiness across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee testing schedules, UAT and payroll parallel runs with cross-functional teams.
• Manage cutover planning, go-live readiness and hypercare stabilization.
