Responsibilities

• Oversee daily employee transportation operations and manage transport vendors, drivers, and service performance.
• Monitor route efficiency, vehicle utilization, and transportation costs.
• Ensure compliance with road safety requirements and company policies; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Support transportation planning for new hires and operational changes; drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Oversee employee accommodation strategy, capacity planning, and hostel compliance.
• Lead hostel audits, inspections, and corrective actions; manage relationships with hostel operators and providers.
• Resolve escalated accommodation issues and ensure welfare, safety, and living standards for employees.
