• Support transportation planning for new hires and operational changes; drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Oversee employee accommodation strategy, capacity planning, and hostel compliance.
• Lead hostel audits, inspections, and corrective actions; manage relationships with hostel operators and providers.
• Resolve escalated accommodation issues and ensure welfare, safety, and living standards for employees.

Job Summary

Participate in a variety of employee relations activities to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes.

What a typical day looks like:

Responsible for overseeing transportation and accommodation operations to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective services that support employee welfare and business requirements.

Specific responsibilities (Transportation)

• Lead daily employee transportation operations.
• Manage transport vendors, drivers, and service performance.
• Monitor route efficiency, vehicle utilization, and transportation costs.
• Ensure compliance with road safety requirements and company policies.
• Investigate transport incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Support transportation planning for new hires and operational changes.
• Drive transportation cost optimization initiatives.

Specific responsibilities (Hostel)

• Oversee employee accommodation strategy and operations.
• Manage hostel capacity, occupancy, and accommodation planning.
• Ensure hostel compliance with legal, safety, and company requirements.
• Lead hostel audits, inspections, and corrective action implementation.
• Manage relationships with hostel operators, landlords, and service providers.
• Resolve escalated employee accommodation issues and concerns.
• Ensure employee welfare, safety, and living standards are maintained.

Experience

The experience we're looking to add to our team: Typically requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource related function. Typically requires 5 years of Human Resources or related experience.
