Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough investigations with neutrality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues with impartial records.
• Advise employees and management on performance, policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
• Conduct internal investigations into misconduct, harassment, or discrimination per policy.
• Develop and deliver training on employee relations topics such as conflict resolution.
• Assist in developing and communicating HR policies to ensure consistency and fairness.
• Collaborate with HR partners, legal counsel, and departments on complex issues.
• Stay updated on labor laws and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Review employee relations metrics to identify trends and proactive solutions.
• Support organizational change initiatives by addressing concerns and facilitating transitions.
• Act as a neutral mediator in disputes between employees or with management.
