Job summary

KAYTUS is seeking an IT operations specialist in Penang to manage email and Active Directory systems, ensuring secure operation and adherence to security policies. You will handle email sending/receiving policies and system upgrades while maintaining policy compliance.

You will also lead network security operations, monitor security incidents, and coordinate with system admins to resolve informatization-related challenges, delivering reliable IT services across departments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience managing Exchange email, domain controllers, and informatization systems.
• More than 2 years' experience in information security.
• Familiar with Windows platform services, large-scale domain deployments and Exchange multi-site operations.
• Proficient with scripting languages and O&M tools; strong learning ability and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of email, AD and related systems, including security policies.
• Oversee network security operation and maintenance, and respond to incidents.
• Support informatization needs and collaborate with admins to resolve issues.
