Job summary

KAYTUS is seeking an IT operations specialist in Penang to manage email and Active Directory systems, ensuring secure operation and adherence to security policies. You will handle email sending/receiving policies and system upgrades while maintaining policy compliance.

You will also lead network security operations, monitor security incidents, and coordinate with system admins to resolve informatization-related challenges, delivering reliable IT services across departments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience managing Exchange email, domain controllers, and informatization systems.
• More than 2 years' experience in information security.
• Familiar with Windows platform services, large-scale domain deployments and Exchange multi-site operations.
• Proficient with scripting languages and O&M tools; strong learning ability and communication skills.

Job description

• Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of email, AD (Active Directory) and their related systems. This includes handling matters such as email sending and receiving policies, system security upgrades, formulation and maintenance of security policies, and email security.
• Take charge of network security operation and maintenance. It covers the operation and maintenance of network security equipment and systems, maintenance of security policies, in‑network security monitoring, and handling of security incidents.
• Undertake the connection work of informatization needs. Respond to and quickly resolve problems related to informatization systems reported by business departments, analyze difficult issues, and collaborate with system administrators to formulate solutions.

Qualifications

• Hold a major in electronics, communications, computer science, automation or other related fields. Have at least 3 years of work experience in Exchange email, domain controller operation and maintenance, and informatization system operation and maintenance, as well as more than 2 years of work experience in information security.
• Understand various services and functions of the Windows platform. Candidates with experience in maintaining large-scale domain environment deployment and implementation, and Exchange multi-site architecture operation and maintenance will be given priority.
• Be familiar with common service protocols, such as TCP/IP protocol, various routing protocols, WEB service, DNS service, DHCP service, and HTTP service.
• Proficient in using scripting languages and operation and maintenance tools. Possess strong learning ability and communication skills.
