Job summary

Medispec (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading pharmaceutical distributor in Malaysia, invites a Hospital Sales Executive to promote a range of products to hospitals and specialist centres. You will cultivate relationships with doctors, nurses, and hospital decision-makers, ensuring top-tier service and robust account development.

The role requires 1+ year hospital coverage experience, multilingual ability (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese), and own transport with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hospital coverage experience.
• Language requirements: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• SPM or higher qualification.
• Able to work independently and travel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical/medical products to hospitals and specialist centres.
• Establish and nurture relationships with specialists, doctors and nurses.
• Build ties with hospital decision-makers to secure long-term collaborations.
• Provide high level of customer service at all times.
• Develop and maintain a robust customer network and new accounts.
• Expand product distribution within assigned areas.
• Provide market feedback when required.
