Job summary

PREEMINENT AUTO SDN BHD, the authorised ZEEKR dealer, is seeking a Customer Relations Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will build strong relationships with ZEEKR owners, manage the owner community, and enhance the overall customer experience through events, referral programmes, and cross-functional coordination with the ZEEKR Malaysia team.

The role requires 2–4 years in customer relations or related fields, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an advantage), and a valid Malaysian

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Relations, User Operations, Community Management, Event Coordination, Premium Retail, Automotive, or Hospitality industries.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong event planning and coordination skills, social media proficiency, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, problem-solving capability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving license and be willing to travel for events and customer engagement activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Owner Community Management: Develop and maintain relationships with ZEEKR owners and manage engagement initiatives.
• Events & Brand Activities: Plan, coordinate, and execute owner events, showroom activities, test-drive events, and brand engagement programmes.
• Referral & Feedback Tracking: Manage referral leads, monitor programme performance, handle enquiries and escalation cases.
• Systems & Cross-Functional Coordination: Maintain customer records, prepare operation reports, and coordinate with showroom teams and cross-functional departments.
