PREEMINENT AUTO SDN BHD, in partnership with ZEEKR, is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver premium customer experiences, explain EV features, and guide customers from lead to delivery. You will manage test drives, negotiations, and offer financing options while building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes achievement of monthly sales targets, collaboration with marketing and service teams, and delivering exceptional EV ownership experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
• Present financing, leasing, and insurance options.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
• Generate leads through online inquiries and showroom walk-ins.
• Follow up with potential buyers via calls/emails/appointments.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Process sales paperwork and loan applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide post-sales support including delivery coordination and feedback collection.
• Address customer complaints and escalated issues as needed.
• Work towards monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to boost performance.
• Participate in promotional events and test drive campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote vehicles and offers.
