Job summary

Otis Elevator Company (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager in supervising modernization projects, ensuring documentation and safety compliance, and coordinating with main contractors to deploy manpower for smooth execution.

The role involves collaborating with Developers, Architects, M&E Consultants, Subcontractors and vendors, applying project management techniques, and ensuring timelines are met while reviewing design requirements for Vertical

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering (preferred mechanical, electrical or civil).
• 3–5 years of experience in the elevator industry.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Work with Developers, Architects, M&E Consultants, Subcontractors and vendors for Vertical Transportation and escalator projects.
• Apply project management and project execution based on contractual agreements with customers.
• Coordinate with internal processes to ensure timely project completion.
• Review and understand design and technical requirements and specifications of Vertical Transportation equipment.
