Job summary

KONE Malaysia is seeking a Service Technician to join our Service Maintenance team in Petaling Jaya. You will work in a small group of Field Service Specialists attending fault calls, completing escalator/elevator repairs, and servicing an allocated maintenance run.

You should have 3–5 years in the elevator/escalator industry, with basic mechanical and electrical knowledge and a service mindset. Willingness to travel and own transport with a valid motorbike license are required.

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations with other Field Service Specialists.
• Manage daily workload with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ensure safety at all times.
• May train/coach others as needed.
