The role requires 2-4 years in a luxury hotel, strong leadership, training, and cost-control knowledge; you will collaborate with Kitchen and Front Office to optimize guest experience and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years managerial position in a luxury hotel or international chain hotel.
• Strong leadership, people management and training skills.
• Guest oriented and able to confidently build and exceed service standards.
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including food, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Tiga Restaurant across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Plan, prioritize, organize, and control daily operation in accordance with business levels and occupancy.
• Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared before each meal period, including mise en place and presentation.
• Maintain a strong management presence on the floor during service and peak periods.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Front Office to ensure smooth guest flow and high service standards.
