Qualifications

• Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labour controls and menu writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop into Outlet Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high guest service focus and lead by example.
• Manage service during peak periods with the Outlet Manager on hand.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Reservations, and Front Office to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in rosters, training, and performance coaching for team members.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company standards for service and hygiene.
• Monitor guest feedback and take action to uphold service quality.
