Job summary

Medifox DAN GmbH is seeking a Supplier Engineer to collaborate with Resmed and external suppliers in APAC. You will ensure high-quality component supply for manufacturing and act as the technical link for component specifications.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering and 2+ years in manufacturing engineering. Travel-friendly, with strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or closely related field.
2+ years of functional engineering experience within a manufacturing environment as a Manufacturing, Process, Quality or Industrial Engineer.
Excellent analytical and technical skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly motivated and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Willingness to travel within and outside of country of residency for short business-purpose trips.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective communication with all levels of organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with Supply Chain Engineering, Product Development, Planning and GSA to ensure reliable, high-quality components supply is available for manufacturing.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to meet quality, availability & value requirements.
Act as the technical link between Resmed and our electronics suppliers, clearly communicating product specifications and assessing supplier capabilities.
Provide hands‑on technical support and guidance to our suppliers, particularly in areas such as manufacturing of PCBAs, Power Supplies, and other electronic components.
Validate Supplier Production Processes as part of New Product Introduction (NPI), Engineering Change Note (CN) and Supplier Change Requests (SRFC).
Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues, driving root cause analysis, managing corrective actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve product quality and supplier capability.
Where required, participate in supplier audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Where appropriate, provide mentorship to junior engineers and support departmental knowledge sharing.
