Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in electronics manufacturing process and quality control.
Quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, 8D; Six Sigma green/black belt preferred.
Knowledge of ISO procedures and RoHS; ISO 9001 preferred.

Responsibilities

Represents and supports all technical aspects relating to supplier selection based on supplier technical capability and capacity to meet AE requirements.
Assists in development of commodity strategy with commodity groups.
Ensures approved suppliers conform to Supplier Quality System Manual and provide evidence of continuous improvement.
Audit key suppliers regularly and prepare audit reports.
Manage supplier quality goals and report monthly.
Support NPI development and approve First Article qualification plans.
