Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Must understand English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers warmly and providing expert product knowledge and advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems, whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Displaying and merchandising products in an attractive and organised manner to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Assisting with inventory management, including stock checks, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promoting special offers, new products, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase customer awareness.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment that reflects our brand standards.
• Supporting the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
