Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking a capable manufacturing/engineering leader to develop and implement short-term plans, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement. You will work cross-functionally with planning, materials, engineering, and QA to optimize processes and ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma or BSc in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field, with 3–5 years in a high mix/high volume environment preferred.

• Assists Manager with hiring, discipline, and terminations using performance appraisals.
• Implements structures promoting team ownership of continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Works cross-functionally with Production Planning, Materials, Purchasing, and Engineering to optimize processes.
• Ensures compliance with quality, safety, code of conduct, environment, and 5S.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
