Job summary

SKP BM Electronics Sdn. Bhd. in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking a BOM/ECN coordinator to review customer BOMs, coordinate ECN/ECO changes, and manage deviation requests. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure samples progress from build to customer approval.

The role requires a diploma/degree in Manufacturing, Electronics or related fields and at least 2 years of PCBA industry experience, with a track record of cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree / diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering.
• 2 years experiences in electronics industries (PCBA operations).
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross functional and lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer BOMs, perform BOM comparison and prepare accurate internal BOMs.
• Coordinate ECN/ECO changes and ensure timely implementation across relevant departments.
• Raise and coordinate DR (Deviation Request) when required.
• Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to build the sample through to customer approval.
• Prepare and coordinate customer part approval / PPAP submission according to customer requirements.
• Track sample status and ensure sample build, inspection, submission and approval are completed within the required timeline.
