Job summary

Howdy Master Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on engineer to support electronics manufacturing and process optimization. You will troubleshoot production issues, verify machine parameters and assist with process setup to ensure smooth line performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Manufacturing Engineering, with knowledge of PCBA processes and a bias for data-driven improvement. Relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems, analyze data and prepare technical reports.
• Familiarity with process control and continuous improvement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production process problems and equipment issues.
• Assist with process setup and machine parameter verification.
• Prepare and update engineering documents and work instructions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), engineering trials and production validation.
• Collect and analyze production data, defect trends and process performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Process Engineering and Maintenance teams.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality and yield.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, safety and manufacturing process requirements.
