Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang, Bayan Lepas, is seeking an experienced ECN change agent to lead revision control and BOM management for complex manufacturing projects. You will coordinate with customers, review BOM accuracy, and collaborate with Design/Process Engineers to improve manufacturability, while ensuring all document packages are uploaded and kept up to date.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with basic equipment build knowledge.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation and document control procedures.
• Ability to read mechanical BOM and technical drawings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead ECN change management and support production implementation.
• Coordinate with customers to manage product information: BOM, BOO, AVL for revision control.
• Review and compare Engineering vs. Production BOM accuracy.
• Collaborate with Design/Process Engineers on assembly build sequence; restructure BOM for manufacturability.
• Ensure all document packages are uploaded and maintained in the system.
• Liaise with departments and customers to resolve product configuration challenges.
