Job summary

SMT Technologies Sdn Bhd is a leading EMS provider in Southeast Asia, with a focus on product design, box build manufacturing, and turnkey solutions. The company seeks an experienced supervisor to manage production lines, drive quality, and meet daily and weekly targets in a safe, organized environment.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent and at least 3 years in manufacturing, with SMT/soldering experience preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations.
Senior Executive level in manufacturing/production is preferred.
Experience in SMT, soldering and assembly is required.

Responsibilities

Supervise production line and lead to meet 2Q.
Ensure daily quality and production output target are achieved.
Achieve weekly production schedules and department goals.
Able to communicate and deliver department, management & company objectives.
Continuously implementing quality, productivity and efficiency improvement.
To train, educate and ensure support subordinates to carry out their work in accordance with the production and management system.
Good interpersonal skills between peers and other departments.
Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
