Job summary

GENITRONIC (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead the production team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. You will drive targets, maintain quality, and ensure smooth manufacturing processes in electronics/PCBA.

The role demands hands-on leadership, a background in manufacturing, and ability to communicate in Chinese and English with customers and colleagues. An opportunity to grow with a growing electronics manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Must have working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferably 2–3 years or more of production/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in electronic, PCBA, SMT, DIP, semiconductor, or related manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in supervising or leading a production team is preferred.
• Must be able to speak Chinese and English, as the role requires regular communication and liaison with customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets and schedules.
• Lead, monitor, and motivate production operators and production staff.
• Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production requirements.
• Monitor production output, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure production processes comply with company SOPs and work instructions.
