Job summary

Genitronic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd – Kota, Kedah is seeking a responsible and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and lead the production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, managing manpower, and ensuring smooth production operations.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily activities, leading operators, planning manpower, and ensuring compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

Must have working experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferably 2–3 years or more of production/manufacturing experience.
Experience in electronic, PCBA, SMT, DIP, semiconductor, or related manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in supervising or leading a production team is preferred.
Must be able to speak Chinese and English, as the role requires regular communication and liaison with customers.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets and schedules.
Lead, monitor, and motivate production operators and production staff.
Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production requirements.
Monitor production output, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Ensure production processes comply with company SOPs and work instructions.
