This full-time role requires 2–3 years in leadership within electronics manufacturing, Mandarin ability preferred, and proficiency with WMS/ERP systems to maintain stock control and high standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Warehouse or Logistics required.
• 2–3 years in supervisory/leadership role, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Chinese speaker able to communicate/read/write Mandarin.
• Computer literate; experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensure organized, clean, and safe warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare regular reports to supervisor.
• Plan and improve store management system and inventory.
• Coordinate with Accounts on inventory audits.
• Perform cycle counts and monthly inventory.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff.
• Maintain 6S, FIFO compliance.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as requested.
