Job summary

You will design, optimise and improve manufacturing and operational processes to drive efficiency and reduce waste. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering, 2–3 years of relevant manufacturing experience, and proficiency in English and Chinese for communicating with Chinese-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct process analysis and feasibility studies to identify optimisation opportunities and potential cost savings.
• Prepare detailed process documentation, flow diagrams, standard operating procedures and technical specifications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot operational processes to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and quality teams to ensure processes operate within defined parameters and specifications.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
