Motorola Solutions in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Tetra HW Engineering team onsite in Bayan Lepas. The role focuses on RF transmitter design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization and regulatory compliance for sophisticated communication products.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical and at least 3 years of RF/digital controller experience, with strong analytical, presentation, and cross-functional

Familiar and interest in RF/digital controller/audio related fields depending on the area of work the candidate is applying* Good analytical and problem solving skills and inter team coordination skills.* Able to communicate & present conceptual ideas to technical audiences.
