Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to display professionalism and work under pressure.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial, verification, surveillance, and other certification audits in accordance with established procedures and scheme requirements.
• Perform factory inspections, including joint inspections with international certification partners.
• Process new certification applications and carry out PSI and other third-party inspection activities.
• Plan and execute audit and inspection activities in compliance with accreditation standards and ethics.
• Manage post-audit activities, including closing NCRs, preparing cost sheets, monitoring licence status, and maintaining records.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, technical guidelines, and documentation to support scheme implementation.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, market surveillance activities, and other assignments as directed by Management.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately within stipulated timelines.
