Job summary

RHJT Asia Automation Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an Electronic Repair Engineer to troubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial electronic and automation equipment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will work on PLCs, VFDs and robotics, with responsibilities including safety compliance, diagnostics and documentation.

The role requires a technical diploma or degree and basic tools proficiency, plus willingness to travel and work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a technical field is required or welcomed.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to use basic repair tools such as multimeters, soldering irons, and hot air guns.
• Knowledge of digital and analog circuits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance/repair.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns (electrical, mechanical, basic automation).
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Inspect, test, service and repair industrial electronic and automation equipment.
• Provide technical support and assist in preventive maintenance activities.
