Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education – Qualified worker (electrical, mechanical).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the industry.
• Operating with different hand tools/machines.
• Basic English and basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Strong leadership, delegation and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the team/group of workers.
• Execute production plan and assign tasks based on skills and availability.
• Ensure team has necessary tools, documentation and materials.
• Prepare work orders and materials for production plan execution.
• Responsible for safety and quality on the production line.
• Lead daily line coordination meetings – Tier 1 and Kaizen initiatives.
• Support End of Line testing, packaging, and cross-department collaboration.
• Administer work hours, overtime and days off; participate in improvements.
