Job summary

LED Vision Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysia-based leader in LED and smart city tech, seeks a Production Executive to plan and supervise production lines, ensure quality, and drive efficiency. You will work closely with material control and QA to meet targets while minimizing waste and maintaining safety.

The role requires 2–4 years in electronics production or process engineering, with hands-on SMT/PCBA experience and familiarity with ERP/MES systems and CAD software. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field.
• 2–4 years in production or process engineering in electronics.
• Hands-on SMT, PCBA and testing equipment experience.
• Familiar with ERP/MES systems and CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Eagle or Altium.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting; strong problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage due to supplier communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedule within capacity and target timelines.
• Coordinate with material control to support the production line.
• Expedite urgent customer requirements without compromising quality.
• Monitor, supervise daily production operations under Production Manager.
• Ensure operations align with Quality Policy and Objectives.
• Meet daily production targets and minimise raw material wastage.
• Supervise and coordinate production personnel at each section.
• Organise urgency follow-ups with QA, Store and Management to solve issues.
• Ensure operators follow Work Instructions and daily output is tracked.
• Generate daily output reports and ensure safety and housekeeping.
• Lead daily operator meetings to align production schedule and resolve quality issues.
