Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production targets. You will lead production operators, coordinate schedules, and support lean initiatives across the site.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output and quality goals.
Monitor production schedules, resources, and manpower allocation for smooth operations.
Enforce safety and compliance standards within the production area.
Lead, coach, and develop production operators and line leaders for improved performance.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
Prepare and review production reports with accuracy.
Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
