Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and integrate electrical solutions for custom rack systems and related products. You will prepare schematics, select components, and work with cross-functional teams from concept to product release.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic or mechatronics engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on DFx, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/mechatronic engineering from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years in electrical/electronic/system integration or manufacturing engineering environments.
• Experience supporting products from design through production release and manufacturing support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate electrical and electronic solutions for custom rack systems and other system-level products.
• Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, interconnect drawings, and supporting engineering documents.
• Select and specify electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components meeting quality, cost, and reliability targets.
• Perform engineering analysis, troubleshooting, verification, and validation per customer and business requirements.
• Lead or participate in project planning, execution, and delivery from concept to product release.
• Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and project management teams.
