IPS INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical and production activities, ensuring projects meet customer specifications, company standards, and timelines. The role involves supervising electrical works, coordinating with subcontractors and internal departments, and supporting project execution with a focus on safety and quality.

The candidate should possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical supervision in manufacturing/industry.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily electrical and production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise hands-on electrical wiring, installations, assembly, testing, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot electrical, control system, and equipment issues.
• Review electrical drawings and specifications to support project execution.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and modification of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and travel to project sites as required.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical and production activities to ensure all projects are completed according to customer specifications, company standards, and project timelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works, coordinating with subcontractors and internal departments, supporting project execution, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily electrical and production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee and perform hands-on electrical wiring, installations, assembly, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, control system, and equipment issues.
• Review electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to support project execution.
• Coordinate the maintenance, repair, and modification of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and customer requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Provide technical support and travel to project sites as required.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical supervision within manufacturing, production, fabrication, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, production processes, and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD or related software is an added advantage.
• Experience in industrial automation, PLC systems, or control panel manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in testing and commissioning activities is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Chinese speaking is preferred due to frequent communication with China-based counterparts.
