Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to develop and manage customer relationships while delivering technical solutions for electrical and solar systems in Malaysia. You will prepare proposals, support project execution, and help meet sales targets.

The role requires strong communication, industry knowledge, and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus. You will work closely with consultants, manufacturers, and distributors and may travel to client sites as

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, switchboard manufacturers, dealers, and distributors.
Identify customer needs and provide technical and engineering support.
Generate leads, follow up, secure orders, and arrange deliveries.
Prepare technical advice, proposals, calculations, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with internal teams to track project status and ensure execution.
Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends to support decisions.
Achieve sales targets and travel as required.
