Job summary

Synoview Electric Sdn Bhd is seeking a sales professional based in Johor Bahru to develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and end users while promoting electrical products and project solutions.

You will prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, contributing to sales growth and market expansion in JB.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and end users.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities for electrical products and project solutions.
• Proven ability to prepare quotations, proposals and technical submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical products and project solutions.
• Promote and sell electrical products, equipment, and related solutions to customers.
• Understand customer and project requirements and recommend suitable electrical products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions based on project requirements.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, tenders, purchase orders, and project opportunities.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations when required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on product selection, pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Assist in project costing, material selection, and technical coordination.
• Monitor project progress and ensure products and materials are supplied according to project requirements.
• Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's sales and project growth.
• Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and new electrical products and technologies.
