Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking Electrical Supervisors/Coordinators to support mission-critical and data centre projects in Malaysia. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, monitor progress, ensure safety and quality, and assist with testing, commissioning and handover processes.

The role requires 5-8 years of relevant site experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; willingness to be based on-site in Kuala Lumpur or Johor Bahru as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in site supervision, project coordination, construction management, or building services projects.
• Experience in data centre, mission-critical, industrial, testing and commissioning, MEP, or large-scale building projects is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, construction methodologies, quality standards, and site safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, vendors, and multiple project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction, fit-out, and infrastructure activities on site.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordination sessions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain records of site activities, issues, delays, and corrective actions.
• Track site progress against schedules and milestones; prepare progress reports.
• Document work progress through site photographs and inspection records.
• Identify and elevate project risks, delays, and critical issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders at site level.
