IJM Corporation Berhad is hiring for a site-based electrical engineer to manage all electrical scope of works on a hyperscale data center project in Shah Alam. You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to ensure clear understanding and proper execution of requirements.

The role emphasizes coordinating multiple stakeholders, addressing technical issues, mitigating risks and ensuring delivery aligned with stringent data center standards for uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Data center construction experience.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Site-based role at Elmina, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all electrical scope of works for hyperscale data center project.
• Liaise with client, consultants, subcontractors and authorities to ensure requirements understood and properly executed.
• Drive coordination between stakeholders to resolve technical issues, mitigate risks and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor site progress, quality and compliance with stringent data center standards, including redundancy, uptime and operational reliability requirements.
• Support authority submissions, approvals and site inspections as required.
• Attend coordination meetings, client meetings and technical discussions to ensure alignment of execution.
